AP LEAVE RULES IN BRIEF

ANDHRA PRADESH LEAVE RULES also called as AP LEAVE RULES-1933:
These AP LEAVE RULES came into force w.e.f 4th September 1933
According to the AP LEAVE RULES 1933 Rule 4(a)
"Duty" does not include any period of absence on any leave admissible under these rules or under the Fundamental Rules read with Rule 5 of these rules but includes:-
(1) Casual leave;
(2) Public Holidays;
(3) Leave Periods before and after Holidays(Prefix and Suffix);
(4) Vacation Period;
(v) Foreign Service;
(vi) Joining Time;
(vii) Sanctioned Leave;
